4. Free Trial Terms

• The free trial provides full access to all Service features for the duration of the trial period.
• No credit card is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged without explicit consent.
• There are no automatic charges at the end of the trial period. If you wish to continue using the Service, you will be prompted to select a paid plan.
• We reserve the right to modify free trial terms at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of Service outputs beyond personal use
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our underlying models or proprietary data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all underlying technology, models, and platform elements, is owned by Vantage AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Research briefs generated for your account are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We retain ownership of the platform and underlying systems.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, Vantage processes information from third-party sources that may contain errors, delays, or omissions. We make no warranty that the information provided is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. Market data displayed is for informational purposes only. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTAGE AI, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF INVESTMENT CAPITAL, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantage AI, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination
